Shawn Dominguez, CEO
Shawn Dominguez is the President of Dominguez Design-Build, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in Acquisition and Government Contracts from the University of West Florida. Mr. Dominguez has a decade of experience in Department of Defense construction management and has overseen new building and renovation work of various sizes for the USACE, NAVFAC, USAF and private clients. He is well versed in many DoD reporting systems, including the USACE RMS/QCS.
BUDDY PERSONS, PRESIDENT
Paul F. Persons, Jr. (Buddy) is President/Owner of Persons Services Corp. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science from the School of Architecture, Design & Construction. Mr. Persons has worked throughout the U.S. and abroad in the Disaster, Construction, Infrastructure & Industrial sectors. Mr. Persons has held management positions in countries such as Haiti, Albania, Honduras, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and others with Foreign Government, U.S. Government, Military and its agencies on a variety of construction and support contracts. He also managed a multi-state federal government facilities maintenance construction contract for the Department of Homeland Security that covered the eastern seaboard from New York to North Carolina.
